Return Policy

If you are not happy with a horn you bought from us, you can return it within 7 days for a full refund of the purchase price. You will only be out the shipping costs. Be sure always to purchase insurance if you return a horn. If you return a horn in the same packing that you received it in, it will be considered well-packed by the shipper for insurance purposes, and it will arrive safely 99% of the time.

The only exception is if you return a horn to us damaged. If we receive your horn back, and the condition is significantly different from the pictures and description on our website (scratched, dented, bent etc.), we cannot offer a full return for obvious reasons, but we will do our very best to resolve the issue in good faith. Out of scores of past transactions, we have never had a problem yet, even shipping many horns internationally, so buy with confidence.
