Amazing original silver plate Conn 10M with fresh high-end overhaul and hand polish. This plays very well with a huge Conn voice. It spent most of its life in the case, and now gets its big moment to shine. This horn sounds HUGE, and feels great under the fingers, with nice, snappy action. When you actually get one of these horns done right, there’s nothing else that compares. The key work on a Conn 10M is actually quite fast once you get used to it, and the intonation is also very good.
I’m happy to see many younger players moving to Conns. This one looks fantastic, and plays great too. It’s priced to sell, including the great overhaul, which will cost you minimum $1000-1500 to have done really well and actually fix everything.
