This is an exceptionally fine example of a King Super 20 tenor! It has original lacquer, and it has a recent complete, high-end overhaul and plays very well. It also includes the warranty card and paperwork in the beautiful original case. It had a few small dings removed from the back of the bow area, but it’s hard to tell now. Also a very small one near the palm key area that is almost invisible. What you see when you look at it is – “I can’t believe how nice this Super 20 is!” It has the original solid silver neck, that gives you the signature straight-ahead, power and focus that Kings are known for. If you are playing a non-King saxophone, and you want to enter into the promised land, there could hardly be a better way to do it. This is the “series III” Super 20, meaning it has the more modern keywork, and comes just after the ones with pearl side keys. This is priced for quick sale, and once you factor in that it already has a complete high-end restoration, it is really hard to beat.
