This is a discounted Berg Larsen tenor mouthpiece that plays pretty well as-is, but would look better with a reface. It looks like someone rubbed the table with steel wool to clean it up, and also one corner of the beak has kind of a ding on it. Getting it refaced would correct both of those. Or you could just play it. This piece measures .109″ so it’s pretty close to the 110 stamp. The baffle is the 0 version, which is highest, and has the brightest tone. The bullet chamber has the finishing marks inside showing still.
