The Dukoff Supersonic is my favorite all-around vintage tenor mouthpiece. And this one does not disappoint. It plays insanely great. Dukoff was a genius at tenor mouthpieces, and the Supersonic is his best work in hard rubber for sure. This one has an 0.094″ tip opening, a rollover baffle, curved sidewalls, and a medium chamber. It is very free blowing with a flexible tone. Plenty of projection but still easy to whisper through. Maybe it was refaced. In any case, man does it play. If you want a killing jazz or do-it-all tenor piece that is easy to play, this is it.
